 Helen Savage : Theatre Bookings
Helen joined Vie Institute in July 2006 after many years at Noosa Hospital where she single handedly controlled the theatre bookings for the entire hospital.
Helen has had years of experience in the medical administration arena and has brought many of those skills along with her. If you need help demystifying exactly what you will be covered for by Medicare or your private health fund, then give Helen a call.
She is our public relations guru and will provide emotional and clinical support during the all important decision making process prior to surgery. She will help you to plan your surgery, guiding you through the steps required .
She is fast and efficient and can always help you with all of the logistics of booking your surgery. Helen keeps us all amused (and sane!) with her quips and quick witted humour. Nothing is too much trouble for Helen.
Kirsty Grant : Theatre Bookings & Reception
Kirsty joined Vie Institute in January 2010. She is the latest gem in our star studded team.
Kirsty came from a real estate background, so she is no stranger to customer service and hard work. Kirsty is a clever young girl and learns quickly. After just 3 months, it was apparent that she was exactly the staff member we had been missing. In no time, Kirsty has managed to understand all that we do here at Vie , as well as mastering the complicated nuances of the medical industry.
Kirsty is currently undertaking the daunting task of learning theatre bookings under Helen’s careful tutor.

Chris joined our team in August 2007. Chris pays all our bills (on time and with a smile!) and keeps our financial wheels turning. She is a quiet achiever and a pleasure to have on our team.
