Nadine joined our team in January 2003 as a fully qualified Beauty Therapist. Nadine trained in Laser Hair Removal and soon attained her “ User License” with the Radiation Safety Act ( all our staff are qualified to the highest degree). For 6 years Nadine helped thousands of Sunshine Coast clients to become hair free and happy. We now treat the children and friends of these very happy clients with our diode laser which specifically targets hair removal.
In March 2005 Nadine was privileged to commence training, one on one, with our nationally acclaimed skin specialist - Suli McLeod (see below). Suli’s knowledge of skin care and skin treatments is unsurpassed and Nadine thrived under her constant tuition. Nadine’s knowledge of all skin conditions and treatments is second to none these days.

In early 2009, Nadine decided to take on a more clerical role within the practice, whilst still helping clients with their skin concerns. Today, you will find Nadine either helping you at the front desk, or answering your call. With her level of experience within our practice, Nadine can help you with almost any concern or enquiry you may have including:

Suli is a jack of all trades at Vie and loves to dabble in all aspects of this busy practice.
For two years we searched for a dedicated “Skin Specialist”, someone with exception knowledge and skills in the arena of skin care and treatments, in our aim of providing the very best for our clients. Suli is exactly what we were looking for and agreed to join us in March 2005.
Suli has 15 years experience in the Beauty Industry, teaching beauty therapy students in South Australia and helping them to achieve their Beauty Therapy Diploma, before moving to the Sunshine Coast.
Suli’s original position with Vie was as research officer for Dr McGovern and staff trainer – looking for the best of the best in available medical grade products and training all staff in their uses. Suli continues in this role, but has taken on many more.
In her thirst for more knowledge, Suli trained in our patient education cosmetic consultations. She can talk to patients about what procedures will would best suit their needs, both in the surgical and non-surgical field. Her friendly approachable manner makes it easy for patients to relax and chat to her about all aspects of their lives. She is particularly interested in a holistic approach to the ageing process and educates herself as to the latest advances in bio identical hormone therapy as well as nutritional supplements, exercise and general lifestyle choices.

Michelle Beitsch-Cooke

Michelle joined the team at Vie Institute in October 2009. We had been looking for three years for the right person to implement the Rx range of medical grade skin peels, which our research had shown effectively reverses sun damage. We are passionate about preventing the need for surgery, and coupled with our medical grade skin care, these peels are proving to do just that.
Michelle came to us with exactly the experience we wanted. With more than 20 years as a Beauty Therapist, Michelle has had the added experience of owning and running her own Beauty and Hair Salon in Cronulla, Sydney for 12 years. Michelle employed and trained 15 staff - 2 Hair Dressers and 13 Beauty Therapists!
To add to her experience , she has worked with a Sydney plastic surgeon doing skin assessments and treatments, as well as completing her Certificate 4 in training and assessment at Jannali College.
Michelle and her family have been on the Sunshine coast since 2007, and we have been blessed to have found her. In her time with Vie Institute, she has trained in laser hair removal, and attained her User License. Michelle has also completed the Medical Aesthetics Institute Master Class and is an authority on the AST peel systems, including Rx medical grade skin peels.
