Your safety is paramount to us, as is the safety of our staff.

In line with current COVID-19 Safety policies and guidelines, we would like you be aware of the following before booking an appointment :

  • We request that if you feel unwell in any way that you do not make an appointment until you are well.
  • Please do not attend our rooms at all if you are not 100% well.
  • If you have been, or you have been in contact with anyone that has been overseas or interstate within 2 weeks, that you do not attend our rooms at all, including for skin care purchases.
  • We recommend that you call us for any skin care purchases and we will post these to you.
  • If you have an appointment with us, we ask that you attend the appointment on your own to reduce numbers in our waiting room.
  • If you must bring a carer, please contact us to manage this, prior to your appointment time.
  • We ask that you do not bring children to your appointment please.
  • We will send all appointments a COVID-19 Safety questionnaire, please ensure you have read and answered ”NO” to all questions, or we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
  • If you cannot print this form or sign and return to us, we will ask you to sign this when you arrive.
  • We ask that you sanitise your hands on entry to our practice and avoid leaning on benches or touching any surfaces.
  • We will take your temperature on entry. Anyone with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
  • We prefer credit card transactions where possible.
  • We have removed from our practice anything that could possibly cause cross-contamination – eg coffee cups and glasses, magazines, tester products etc. NB we have strict cleaning policies and practices that all staff adhere to between clients.
  • All equipment will be sanitised or sterilised according to regulations. Staff will wear masks and gloves for treatments. We have asked that staff remain home if they are not well at all.
  • We are not performing the free nurse educator appointments prior to cosmetic surgery until further notice.
  • We ask our clients to use common sense and help us to keep everyone safe. If in doubt – stay at home

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us to remain safe, Dr McGovern and the team at Vie Institute.
