Your safety is paramount to us, as is the safety of our staff.
In line with current COVID-19 Safety policies and guidelines, we would like you to be aware of the following before booking an appointment:
- We require if you or a close contact display any Covid-19 like symptoms you contact our rooms to reschedule your appointment.
- If you or a close contact test positive to Covid-19 you will need to reschedule your appointment for 7 days after the date of testing and a negative test result.
- We request that if you feel unwell in any way that you do not make an appointment until you are well.
- We will send all SURGICAL appointments a COVID-19 Safety questionnaire, please ensure you have read and answered ”NO” to all questions, or we ask that you reschedule your appointment. If you cannot print this form or sign and return to us, we will ask you to sign this when you arrive.
- We ask that you sanitise your hands on entry to our practice and avoid leaning on benches or touching any surfaces.
- NB we have strict cleaning policies and practices that all staff adhere to between clients.
- All equipment will be sanitised or sterilised according to regulations.
- We have asked that staff remain home if they are not well at all.
- We are not performing the free nurse educator appointments prior to cosmetic surgery.
- We ask our clients to use common sense and help us to keep everyone safe. If in doubt – stay at home.
