Your safety is paramount to us, as is the safety of our staff. Whilst the risks of catching and associated illness relating to COVID-19 appears to have settled, we continue to be careful and wish to protect our clients and staff.
In line with current COVID-19 Safety policies and guidelines, we would like you to be aware of the following:
- We require that if you display any Covid-19 like symptoms you contact our rooms to reschedule your appointment.
- If you or a close contact test positive to Covid-19 you will need to reschedule your appointment for 5days after the date of testing and a negative test result.
- We request that if you feel unwell in any way that you do not make an appointment until you are well.
- We ask that you continue to practice safe distancing and hand sanitisation on entry to our practice and avoid leaning on benches or touching any surfaces or products.
- We continue to have strict cleaning policies within our practice.
- All equipment will be sanitised or sterilised according to regulations.
- We have asked that staff remain home if they are not well at all.
- We are not performing the free nurse educator appointments in-house prior to cosmetic surgery. We are very happy to help you with your concerns via phone consultation with our Cosmetic Consultant.
- We ask our clients to use common sense and help us to keep everyone safe. If in doubt –stay at home.
In regard to surgical patients:
If you have had Covid-19 within 2 months of your initial consultation with Dr McGovern, please notify us at your earliest convenience.
Anaesthetists will not preform an anaesthetic for an elective procedure such as skin cancer within 4 weeks of you being covid-free.
They will not perform and anaesthetic for elective cosmetic procedures for 8 weeks following a covid negative RAT perfomed afterCovid-19 infection.
