Your safety is paramount to us, as is the safety of our staff. Whilst the risks of catching and associated illness relating to COVID-19 appears to have settled, we continue to be careful and wish to protect our clients and staff.

In line with current COVID-19 Safety policies and guidelines, we would like you to be aware of the following:

We require that if you display any Covid-19 like symptoms you contact our rooms to reschedule your appointment.

If you or a close contact test positive to Covid-19 you will need to reschedule your appointment for 5days after the date of testing and a negative test result.

We request that if you feel unwell in any way that you do not make an appointment until you are well.

We ask that you continue to practice safe distancing and hand sanitisation on entry to our practice and avoid leaning on benches or touching any surfaces or products.

We continue to have strict cleaning policies within our practice.

All equipment will be sanitised or sterilised according to regulations.

We have asked that staff remain home if they are not well at all.

We are not performing the free nurse educator appointments in-house prior to cosmetic surgery. We are very happy to help you with your concerns via phone consultation with our Cosmetic Consultant.

We ask our clients to use common sense and help us to keep everyone safe. If in doubt –stay at home.

In regard to surgical patients:

If you have had Covid-19 within 2 months of your initial consultation with Dr McGovern, please notify us at your earliest convenience.

Anaesthetists will not preform an anaesthetic for an elective procedure such as skin cancer within 4 weeks of you being covid-free.

They will not perform and anaesthetic for elective cosmetic procedures for 8 weeks following a covid negative RAT perfomed afterCovid-19 infection.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us to remain safe.
